Agreement
By using Webdesly Experts (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is owned and operated by Webdesly. Contact: nvd@webdesly.com. Website: https://experts.webdesly.com.
The Service
Webdesly Experts is an online marketplace where clients can discover experts and request free appointment slots. Experts set availability and approve or reject booking requests. Features may change as we ship updates. Early access features may be incomplete.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep access to your email secure (we use magic-link sign-in). You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
Bookings
Bookings on the Service are currently free — no payments are processed through Webdesly Experts. A request is not confirmed until the expert approves it. Webdesly is not a party to any offline agreement between client and expert and is not responsible for the quality or outcome of services performed.
Expert listings
Experts are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, availability, and communications. We may remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, notes). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect revisions.
