What we collect

• Account data: email address and name used for magic-link sign-in.
• Expert profile data: display name, category, bio, city, rates, availability, and other details you provide when listing a service.
• Booking data: appointment times, notes, and status between clients and experts.
• Technical data: session cookies needed to keep you signed in, basic server logs for security, and privacy-friendly analytics (e.g. page views via Vercel Analytics) when enabled.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we process data

• To create and authenticate your account (contract / legitimate interest).
• To facilitate free booking requests and expert approvals (contract).
• To send transactional emails (sign-in links, booking updates).
• To secure the Service and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To understand product usage with aggregated analytics (legitimate interest).
• To respond to support requests (legitimate interest / consent).

Processors

We use trusted providers to run the Service:

• Neon — database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting and optional Analytics.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (magic links and booking notifications), when configured.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email nvd@webdesly.com to make a request.
